- •Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- •Excellent interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Business tools, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- •Self-motivated with an independent and operationally focused working style
- •Passion for contributing to the success of a hematology-oncology portfolio
- •Fluency in German and business-level proficiency in English
- •Business degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of progressive professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

- •Monitor and administer monthly rebate claims for over 500 German hospitals
- •Manage yearly stock loss claims and compensation for direct buying customers
- •Oversee price-volume contracts with Key Account Management and the Commercial Operations Team
- •Coordinate the integration of new products into account management systems
- •Serve as the internal point of contact for logistics partners and external stakeholders
- •Support national account management initiatives and contribute to strategic development
- •Assist in IT system migrations and developments for international alignment
- •Collaborate with international teams on trade, pricing, and key projects
