As the Country Leader for Germany, you will shape and execute the national strategy, engage with key stakeholders, foster a culture of inclusion, ensure operational compliance, and enhance the company's reputation.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• •Experience developing and executing complex strategies at country level
• •Experience in health economics, patient-reported outcomes, retrospective data analyses, epidemiology, or health services research projects
• •Experience developing pharma/health-economic models for publication or interactive use with customers
• •Experience working in a regulated industry
• •Proven successful project management and leadership skills
• •Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools
• •Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and relationship management
• •Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• •Recognized as an expert within sub-functions and across related areas
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly changing environment
• •Strict attention to detail and adherence to company rules and requirements

• •Engage with national societies and industry associations
• •Lead strategic account engagement plans
• •Ensure cohesive execution across key accounts
• •Chair the Country Leadership Team governance
• •Foster a cohesive and inclusive work environment
• •Lead local Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives
• •Oversee in-country operations and supplier contracts
• •Lead crisis management efforts in compliance with regulations
• •Promote the company’s reputation through strategic communication
• •Coordinate patient advocacy strategies with regional Public Affairs
• •Perform additional responsibilities to support strategic goals
