- •2-3 years Digital Marketing and CRM experience
- •Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- •Experience with ESPs like Mailchimp or Sendgrid
- •Proficiency in HTML
- •Good copywriting skills
- •Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows
- •Knowledge of leveraging consumer data for insights
- •Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven
- •Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- •Organized, responsible, and proactive personality
- •Ability to optimize and prioritize time
- •Ability to carry out high work pace
- •Fluent English and German communication skills
