Anforderungen
- •At least 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Loyalty Marketing
- •Passion for tech topics and enthusiasm for mastering new tools and platforms
- •Strong understanding of SQL, data flows, and segmentation logic
- •Proficient experience with an email service provider, experience with personalization tools
- •Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset
- •Practical experience in conceiving and conducting A/B tests
- •Deep understanding of Customer Journeys and Lifecycle Marketing
- •Good experience in stakeholder management or working in cross-functional teams
- •Team player with enthusiasm and commitment
- •Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus
