- Ability to lead global projects and programs
- Excellent communication, partnering, and advocating skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to achieve objectives within budget and timelines
- Ability to anticipate and plan activities
- Ability to assimilate complex information independently
- Ability to provide direction for process excellence
- Proficient knowledge of SAP CO and FI modules
- Understanding of end-to-end process and data flows
- Fluency in English

- Establish global controlling process structures
- Manage controlling processes with stakeholders
- Identify stakeholder and customer demands
- Prepare business requirements for ERP changes
- Harmonize and standardize controlling processes
- Define the CP&O service catalogue
- Align service scopes across delivery organizations
- Establish and manage global regulations
- Govern key process and template documentation
- Publish key information through designated channels
- Maintain a governance model for changes
- Manage process and ERP change requests
- Support continuous improvement of controlling processes
- Represent the department in decision bodies
- Support Internal Controls with documentation
- Act as a global process Control Owner
- Coordinate the global key user network
- Represent processes to internal and external auditors
