- Oversee day-to-day delivery of transformation projects (ERP, BI, automation)
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation
- Support operating model redesign, including roles, governance structures, and finance capability development
- Lead change management activities, including communications, training, and stakeholder readiness
- Act as liaison between Finance Transformation team and business stakeholders
- Maintain portfolio governance and documentation
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership
