- Manage employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and compliance
- Mentor and develop HR operations team members
- Manage stakeholders across multiple sites and business units
- Escalate and resolve complex HR operational issues
- Localize and implement global HR policies and programs
- Drive digitalization and automation in HR operations
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Liaise with legal and compliance teams
- Manage employment-related risks and audits
- Implement and monitor health and safety policies
- Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and external bodies
- Manage relationships with external vendors
- Deliver country HR dashboards and KPIs
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports
- Lead operational readiness and change management
- Support country-specific HR programs and system implementations
- Drive digital transformation and automation strategies
