- •Proven track record in category management or closely related area
- •Experience managing product portfolio’s performance in consumer electronics or FMCG sector
- •Achievements in growing market share or launching new products
- •Experience working with channel partners or external vendors
- •Collaboration with retailers, distributors, or alliance partners
- •Familiarity with partner ecosystems and partner management
- •Advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred
- •Advanced education can strengthen strategic business insight
- •MBA with focus on marketing or strategy beneficial
- •Certification or training in category management principles, data analytics, or project management advantageous
- •Demonstrated leadership in a matrix environment or mentoring experience
