Cost Manager - Data Centre Construction(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- •Proven track record in cost management/quantity surveying services
- •Experience leading cost management commissions for large construction projects
- •Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters
- •English skills and basic German skills (min. B1), willingness to improve German
- •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and communication skills
- •Sound organisational skills, ability to multi-task, and teamwork
- •Working knowledge of MS Office software and tools
- •Working knowledge of cost databases and/or estimating software advantageous

- •Administer contracts and handle variations
- •Complete final accounts
- •Conduct feasibility studies
- •Write procurement reports
- •Estimate costs and develop final cost plans
- •Manage tendering activities, including pre-qualification and tender analysis
- •Produce tender lists and compile contractual documents
- •Ensure timely and accurate cost checks and valuations
- •Generate monthly post-contract cost reports for clients
- •Interface with clients and consultants throughout project stages
- •Participate in managing cost variances and change control processes
- •Perform cost risk analysis and contribute to value engineering
- •Negotiate and approve final accounts
- •Maintain feedback on cost estimating and update best practices
