Aufgaben
- Define and implement global real estate strategy
- Align strategy with business and financial objectives
- Lead portfolio planning and optimization
- Identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities
- Establish governance, policies, and performance management
- Own real estate budget, planning, and reporting
- Oversee global transactions (leases, acquisitions, disposals)
- Manage global capital projects
- Provide senior advisory services
- Build and lead a lean global team
- Scale team capabilities over time
- Manage external service providers
- Drive transition to independent operating model
- Enhance digitalization and data transparency
- Support strategic initiatives (M&A, transformation)
- Partner with CFO and senior leadership team
