Aufgaben
- Design and implement the companywide Compliance Management System (CMS)
- Continuously develop and improve the CMS scope
- Implement and coordinate compliance risk identification and assessment processes
- Define and monitor risk mitigation measures
- Ensure legal compliance in anti-corruption, competition law, anti-financial crime, and human rights
- Develop and implement new processes and measures in the CMS
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the global compliance organization
- Act as a central interface to the international compliance network
- Coordinate with compliance-relevant functions along the value chain
- Advise management and business units on compliance matters
- Prepare decision-making materials for executive management and audit committee
- Conduct or assist in compliance investigations and audits
- Coordinate and conduct compliance trainings
- Ensure adherence to external and internal requirements
- Maintain communication with authorities and external stakeholders
