- Certifications such as Agile, PMP, Green Belt (or higher) in Lean Six Sigma, or similar credentials
- Strong analytical and structured way of working
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for driving change
- Project management skills or experience
- Proactive mindset and can-do attitude
- Professional level in English
- Willingness to travel to facilities as needed
Aufgaben
- Lead and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects
- Analyze and optimize QC processes for efficiency, quality, and standardization
- Introduce digital solutions and new working methods in laboratories
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies using data-driven analysis
- Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement in QC labs
- Act as a change agent and foster adoption of new processes
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure project success
- Train and coach employees in Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with QC, QA, and MS&T teams for sustainable solutions
- Ensure compliance with EU GMP, FDA, and EMA regulations
