Aufgaben
- Shape an appreciative safety culture
- Maintain open and cross-hierarchical communication
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and installations
- Support sites and regions in Germany and other European countries
- Introduce central safety standards
- Act as the first point of contact for local managing directors and EHS managers
- Lead and develop local EHS managers in your region
- Report directly to the Head of Corporate EHS
- Work in international teams on group-wide safety initiatives
- Design and introduce safety programs like Life Saving Rules
- Conduct training programs and workshops with specialists and leaders
- Support the implementation of safety initiatives
- Develop competencies and soft skills through training and coaching
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the safety culture
