Managing full sales cycle for AI-native Employee Experience Platform to 1,000+ employee companies. 3+ years B2B sales experience with complex projects and C-level engagement required. Yearly flex work allowance, 31 vacation days, pro rata fully paid August Fridays.
Anforderungen
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Experience managing complex sales projects
- Strong closing abilities and track record of meeting targets
- Previous collaboration with communication departments and C-level decision-makers
- Strong outbound mentality and advanced pitching skills
- High emotional intelligence and understanding of customer needs
- Passion, humor, and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in a scale-up environment is a plus
- Fluent German (C2) and business-proficient English
Aufgaben
- Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Oversee the full sales cycle from outreach to contract closing
- Plan strategic outreach based on industry and ideal customer profile
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers
- Acquire new customers, focusing on companies with over 1,000 employees
- Pitch the company's vision to decision-makers in Communication, HR, and IT
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, renewal, and product teams
- Contribute ideas and strategies to enhance company culture and values
