Aufgaben
- Plan projects
- Ensure projects are programmed for timely delivery
- Ensure material procurement and reconciliation meet company procedures and best value
- Ensure site team compliance with commercial policies
- Attend tender handover meetings
- Deliver pre-start meetings to the site team
- Ensure commercial plan and forecast are in place
- Monitor commercial plan and forecast monthly
- Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts
- Implement the risk management process, review risk registers, and check risk controls
- Review CVRs monthly with project teams and implement actions
- Complete and distribute Contract Initiation/Completion forms
- Ensure weekly review of progress, budget, and planning
- Ensure lookahead programmes are in place
- Chair and attend internal and external meetings
- Ensure accurate records of meeting discussions and actions
- Ensure timely management of temporary and permanent design
- Set high standards for HSE procedures and best practice
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and legal obligations
- Allocate HS&E responsibilities and duties to site personnel
- Check understanding of HS&E responsibilities
- Provide HS&E training as necessary
- Maintain and manage construction sites and subcontractors
- Ensure subcontractors follow group procedures and processes
- Oversee and ensure HSE documents are up to date
- Undertake senior manager site inspections
- Ensure HSE audits and reports are produced
- Liaise with parties regarding HSE inspections and reports
- Liaise with third parties to ensure compliance with HAUC, NRSWA, Chapter 8, and regulatory standards
- Ensure inspection and test plans are produced
- Ensure QA File is produced and maintained
- Establish and promote best practice
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and external customers
- Ensure works minimise community impact
