Anforderungen
- Extensive experience as Electrical Project Manager
- Data Centre, Mission Critical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or Large-Scale Commercial project experience
- Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical systems
- Successful track record of delivering large-scale projects
- Construction/Project Management qualification preferred
- Experience supervising teams
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects in hospital and healthcare environments
Aufgaben
- Attend project start-up meetings
- Become familiar with project details and specifications
- Collate technical submittals for issuance and approval
- Raise and manage RFIs
- Manage the labor tracker
- Maintain weekly progress reports, reporting and managing changes/variations
- Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team
- Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment
- Ensure adequate materials are available for project completion
- Ensure construction and commissioning programs are in place
- Implement the on-site commission plan
- Generate biweekly/monthly snag lists and improvements
- Manage the K&M handover process
- Maintain the K&M Document Management System
- Perform project-specific scheduling
- Attend meetings with subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery
- Attend general site meetings and action raised points
- Communicate innovative project-specific works to the Contracts Manager (R&D)
