Anforderungen
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or comparable field
- Experience in Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, Commercial Strategy, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Expertise in market or labor market research, including quantitative methods, trend analysis, and segmentation
- Translating customer needs, market trends, and commercial opportunities into product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Experience with Qualtrics or similar
- Proficiency in BI and data analysis tools is a plus

- Hands-on experience with at least one AI assistant or LLM-based tool (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Translating complex data into clear insights, compelling narratives, and decision-ready outputs
- Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue impact, product adoption, customer value, and positioning
- Confident in making clear, data-backed recommendations and enabling stakeholders through insights
