- Degree in IT, analytical field, or comparable
- Certification in relevant Cybersecurity Standards
- Knowledge of BaFin BAIT/VAIT regulations (plus)
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Identify information sources and gather data
- Execute analyses and interpret findings
- Present results to team members and stakeholders
- Lead workstreams for IT mergers and transformations
- Manage CIO and CSO reorganization projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop IP for SOC and IAM practices
- Manage quarterly external-facing projects or articles
- Support organizational development and tool implementation
