- Experience in large-scale Insurance Cybersecurity
- Degree in IT, analytical field, or comparable
- Certification in relevant Cybersecurity Standards
- Knowledge of BaFin BAIT/VAIT regulations
- Proactive attitude and ownership mentality
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Identify information sources and gather data
- Execute analyses and interpret findings
- Present results to team members and stakeholders
- Lead workstreams on IT mergers and transformations
- Manage CIO and CSO reorganization initiatives
- Mentor and guide project teams
- Analyze client cybersecurity maturity and structures
- Design and implement cybersecurity solutions
- Establish risk and compliance processes
- Develop comprehensive policy frameworks
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships to offer tailored solutions
- Own and develop intellectual property for the Cyber Practice
- Contribute to external articles or website management
- Support organizational tools and SAP implementation
