- Design and develop remuneration systems.
- Conduct function evaluations and create function profiles.
- Benchmark salary bands and regulations.
- Prepare offers for new and existing customers.
- Maintain and update the EY salary database.
- Collaborate on equal pay analyses.
- Review documents and reports.
- Manage and maintain client relationships with project leaders.
- Work collaboratively with workforce advisory colleagues.
