- Ensure partners meet timelines, scope, and budget
- Support budget input and management
- Track purchase orders
- Draft internal communication plans and newsletters
- Maintain tools such as slides and gSites
- Act as the Onsite Delivery Point of Contact for events
- Manage execution and crisis escalation
- Lead internal retrospectives and external agency debriefs
- Monitor and enhance deliverables
- Ensure compliance with healthcare rules and regulations
- Manage sponsorship benefits and deadlines
