- •Work experience in Finance, Audit, Commercial, Legal, Science, or Regulatory
- •Professional experience in Compliance
- •Exposure to Legal, Regulatory, Finance, or Medical Affairs functions
- •Strong skills in analytics, communication, project management, and problem-solving
- •Knowledge of EFPIA and OUS compliance regulations
- •Pharmaceutical and global industry experience
- •Strong understanding of business and operational environment
- •Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable insights
- •Ability to set direction and prioritize in compliance
- •Ability to influence and empower cross-functional teams
- •Capability to assess and improve compliance program processes
- •Confidence under pressure and ability to manage ambiguity
- •Effective planning and execution under tight deadlines
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- •Act as the OEC leader within the Affiliate
- •Support the Affiliate General Manager in compliance activities
- •Lead the Affiliate Compliance Insights Forum for D.A.C.H
- •Engage Affiliate Leadership Teams and Country Leaders as needed
- •Provide guidance on complex ethics and compliance issues
- •Assist with policy interpretation and compliance risk assessment
- •Conduct trend analysis and recommend best practices
- •Serve on the Area Compliance Leadership team
- •Help set compliance policy and strategy internationally
- •Ensure effective compliance programs across all Affiliates
- •Maintain the Seven Elements of an Effective Compliance Program
- •Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a culture of compliance
- •Reinforce the importance of ethical behavior at all levels
- •Partner with business functions to achieve compliant objectives
- •Escalate relevant issues and propose solutions
- •Stay updated on industry codes, laws, and regulations
- •Monitor relevant developments in compliance
- •Develop and deliver compliance awareness and training programs
- •Tailor policies and procedures for specific roles
- •Implement and oversee monitoring plans for policy compliance
- •Identify process improvements and contribute to remediation plans
- •Partner with Affiliate Leadership and Auditors on compliance audits
- •Ensure objectivity and independence during audits
- •Participate in local industry trade association compliance committees
- •Communicate external environmental changes to adjust compliance programs
- •Lead and participate in key international OEC projects
