- Maintain governance, reporting, and compliance policies
- Manage compliance training and client asset oversight
- Review marketing materials for global funds and institutional marketing
- Oversee client classifications and suitability within the EMEA platform
- Coordinate account opening documentation and market openings
- Execute investor asset transfers and account restructures
- Maintain account records and approve new setups
- Coordinate fund launches, closures, and transition events
- Provide global expertise and training for account setups
- Reconcile transition management trade execution files
- Develop client transition strategies with portfolio and trading teams
- Monitor daily cash flows and confirm transactions with custodians
- Track industry and regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions
