Anforderungen
- •University degree or clinical/technical education
- •Extensive commercial sales experience (typically 5+ years) in mobility/assistive technology, medical devices, or related fields
- •Proven track record of growth and successful product launches in an EMEA context
- •Experience working cross-functionally and across multiple countries
- •Fluency in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage
- •Strong customer focus and solid commercial and analytical skills
- •Proficiency in MS Office and CRM
- •Commercially driven professional with experience in mobility, medical devices, or assistive technology
- •Analytical, proactive, and confident communication skills

- •Own and execute the commercial growth plan for the MWC category across EMEA
- •Act as a sparring partner for sales managers and representatives
- •Plan and deliver internal and external commercial trainings
- •Provide input to sales playbooks and competitive tools
- •Join key customer visits and distributor meetings as the EMEA MWC expert
- •Support the development of sales incentives and campaigns
- •Monitor reimbursement and healthcare regulatory changes
- •Propose responses to leverage opportunities with Health Economics
- •Develop and implement new sales approaches to secure future growth
