As a Commercial Project Manager, you will oversee the financial health of international PV projects, ensuring budgets are met and risks are managed. This role involves collaborating with various teams to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement in commercial processes.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Law, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of professional experience in claim management, ideally in renewable energy, large-scale construction, EPC contracting, or infrastructure projects
• •Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both English and German
• •Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure
• •Hands-on mentality with confidence and motivation to build new processes in a rapidly growing organization

Aufgaben

• •Manage all commercial aspects of international PV projects
• •Monitor project budgets and forecast accuracy
• •Track cash flow and overall financial performance
• •Prepare regular project reports
• •Ensure transparent communication with global Finance teams
• •Identify and assess commercial and financial risks
• •Mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• •Prepare and evaluate change orders and variations
• •Negotiate claims in coordination with the Claim Management team
• •Ensure compliance with contractual terms and corporate guidelines
• •Collaborate with Project Management, Finance, Legal, and SCM
• •Support internal audits and financial reviews
• •Assist in project close-out activities
• •Contribute to the improvement of commercial processes and tools
• •Enhance reporting standards
