In this role, you will manage claims for international PV projects, developing processes and negotiating with stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure accurate documentation and minimize future claims through effective training and preventive measures.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Law, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of professional experience in claim management, ideally in renewable energy, large-scale construction, EPC contracting, or infrastructure projects
• •Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both English and German
• •Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure
• •Hands-on mentality with confidence and motivation to build new processes in a rapidly growing organization

Aufgaben

• •Develop and implement claim management structures, tools, and processes
• •Manage end-to-end claim processes for international PV projects
• •Analyze contracts, technical documents, and project records for risks and opportunities
• •Prepare, negotiate, and enforce claims with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• •Guide project teams on documenting changes, delays, and additional costs
• •Ensure accurate claim documentation, reporting, and tracking
• •Collaborate with Project Management, Legal, and Finance to secure rights and optimize outcomes
• •Introduce preventive measures and best practices to reduce future claims
• •Contribute to internal training on claim-related topics
