Scaling online shops in Benelux for smart home hardware. International partner management and enterprise account leadership required. Up to 4 weeks remote work, 30 vacation days.
Anforderungen
- Managed sales accounts or scaled region experience
- Proven track record in Partner Management, Business Development, or Key Account Management
- Successfully managed or expanded international markets
- Benelux experience (very strong advantage)
- Numerical and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage P&L
- Data-driven decision making under pressure
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external partners
- Strategic thinking
- Willingness to "get hands dirty" in daily operations
- Thrives in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Dutch (massive plus)
- German language skills (advantage)
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute growth strategies for international markets
- Focus on scaling online shops in the Benelux region
- Drive sales performance and gross margins
- Build and maintain relationships with global hardware partners
- Lead significant enterprise accounts
- Negotiate complex contracts and pricing models
- Maximize business outcomes through marketing partnerships
- Analyze market trends and KPIs
- Identify and capture new growth opportunities
- Solve operational bottlenecks proactively
- Maintain a strategic overview of markets
