- 2–5 years of B2B experience, ideally in inside sales or account coordination
- Strong communication skills and structured, customer-focused mindset
- Solid commercial awareness and understanding of pricing logic
- Organized, detail-oriented and multi-priority management skills

- Comfortable working cross-functionally in structured sales environments
- Technical affinity (PCB knowledge is a plus, not mandatory)

- Execute structured quote follow-ups
- Track conversion rates and feedback
- Manage the open order book
- Communicate order updates to customers
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain
- Escalate strategic opportunities to management
- Signal margin pressure and competitive movements
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Ensure account stability and satisfaction
