- Practical experience with Power BI or comparable BI tool
- Beneficial exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platform
- Comfort with large datasets, basic SQL knowledge
- Awareness of financial metrics, revenue drivers, commercial KPIs

- Analyze data using Salesforce and internal tools
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Generate reports
- Provide business-case inputs
- Partner with Sales to uncover growth opportunities
- Identify customer patterns and market insights
- Develop and maintain clear, reliable dashboards and reports
- Collect, clean, structure, and validate data
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends
- Support informed operational and strategic decisions
- Manage sales pipeline
- Improve forecast accuracy
- Align Sales and Finance teams
- Deliver tailored analyses for leadership and stakeholders
- Support quick, data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with multiple teams
- Advance initiatives to strengthen performance
- Drive revenue growth
