- Excellent business writing and editing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen and leadership
- Ability to collaborate with others at all levels
- Confident, articulate with high self-motivation and teamwork
- Expert working knowledge of productivity and business software and tools
- Fluent in English and German
- Knowledge of another language (French, Spanish, other) would be beneficial
- Interest in the role even if past experiences don't perfectly align
Aufgaben
- Prepare and support commercial strategy
- Develop commercial proposals
- Review contracts
- Negotiate professional services agreements
- Collaborate with legal counterparts
- Provide commercial guidance to Business Units
- Provide commercial counsel to Business Practices
- Conduct pursuit governance reviews
- Engage with client procurement teams
- Develop client relationships
- Monitor business opportunities
- Interface with Shared Services for commercial proposals
- Manage client actions for business opportunities
- Manage pursuit reviews
- Coordinate with Finance on rates and costs
- Liaise with Taxation
- Support HR Mobility for project assignments
