- Provide administrative support for local sales initiatives and projects
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail for timely communication
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
- Manage procurement tasks, including vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle management
- Plan and execute internal and external meetings, including venue and catering arrangements
- Support national and international travel arrangements for employees and management
- Administer external contracts while fostering close cooperation within the team
