As a CMC Project Manager, you will oversee the CMC components of complex CAR T cell projects, collaborating with experts to define scope and budget while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Anforderungen

• •PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Medicine, or related field
• •Several years of product development experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• •Proven project management skills
• •Knowledge of GxP and Immunology
• •Experience in wet lab work
• •Proactivity and risk foresight
• •Excellent presentation skills
• •Highly structured approach to project planning and management
• •Excellent communication skills in English
• •Preferably communication skills in German

Aufgaben

• •Outline and manage CMC aspects of CAR T cell projects
• •Collaborate with management and Subject Matter Experts to define project scope
• •Establish content schedule and budget for projects
• •Serve as primary contact for external customers and stakeholders
• •Ensure effective information flow to all parties involved
• •Monitor project progress continuously
• •Communicate project status, accomplishments, risks, and next steps to management
• •Foster relationships with team members to promote transparent communication
• •Share project knowledge and dependencies with Subject Matter Experts
• •Organize project meetings and prepare agendas
• •Document meeting minutes
