- •Minimum of two years of experience in a Hotel Manager or similar position
- •German market knowledge
- •International experience
- •High level of Development Teams skills
- •University diploma/degree in Tourism or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies
- •Functional knowledge of all department operations
- •Ability in Human Resources Management & Talent Development
- •Knowledge of IT tools used in hotel management
- •High geographical flexibility
- •Ability to reside in Düsseldorf
- •High level of English and German, both verbal and written

- •Align decisions with budget guidelines to increase income and control costs
- •Identify and resolve deviations from established goals
- •Participate in budget development and track monthly improvements
- •Engage in forecast meetings and business reviews
- •Encourage teamwork and communication across departments
- •Guide department heads to enhance employee satisfaction
- •Support managers in achieving departmental objectives and quality standards
- •Ensure leadership aligns with organizational culture
- •Set departmental goals and monitor action plan results
- •Manage union meetings and assist with related issues
- •Promote staff training and professional development
- •Conduct daily briefings and lead meetings
- •Supervise quality standards and maintenance of facilities
- •Ensure security measures for guests and team members
- •Investigate and report customer service complaints to the Director of Operations
- •Collaborate in implementing the business plan and strategy
- •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
