- Increase sales and market share
- Assist Sales Manager with training and customer education
- Represent the company at relevant congresses and trade fairs
- Collaborate internally with departments like Key Account, Marketing, and Health Economics
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Develop, manage, and monitor sales budget
- Train nursing staff in clinical procedures
- Receive and internally forward complaints
