Anforderungen
- Minimum 4 years advanced clinical research monitoring experience
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial regulations (ISO 14155, GCP, MDR, EU, FDA)
- Ability to independently manage 10–15 study sites
- Excellent communication skills for site interaction, training, issue resolution
- Strong collaboration and mentorship abilities
- Hands-on experience with monitoring systems, SDV, compliance tracking
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel regularly for site visits, investigator meetings
- Based in Spain or near Spain/France border
- Fluent English and Spanish communication
- Catalan preferred, French optional
Aufgaben
- Manage all phases of clinical trial site activities
- Identify and initiate clinical trial sites
- Conduct monitoring visits according to study protocols, GCP, and regulations
- Act as primary contact for investigational sites
- Ensure site compliance and provide ongoing support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site personnel
- Identify study risks and recommend solutions
- Resolve site-related issues in a timely manner
- Perform source data verification and data review
- Ensure patient safety and data integrity
- Conduct site training and initiation visits
- Support audit and inspection readiness
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Data Management, and Medical Affairs
- Support investigator and coordinator meetings
- Deliver presentations and training sessions
- Mentor junior CRAs
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
- Participate in CAPA activities and quality initiatives
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts
