Anforderungen

• •Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine
• •Extensive experience as Clinical Research Associate
• •Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
• •Ability to manage multiple sites and projects
• •Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• •Expertise in monitoring practices and data integrity
• •Proficiency in clinical trial software and tools
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Ability to influence and drive compliance
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Willingness to travel at least 60%
• •Possession of a valid driver’s license

Aufgaben

• •Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence
• •Ensure compliance with regulatory and GCP standards
• •Conduct site visits to assess performance
• •Resolve site issues to support trial execution
• •Collaborate with teams for accurate data reporting
• •Train site staff and fellow research associates
