- Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in English; advanced German skills are an asset
- Skilled in MS Office and digital workflow tools
- Commitment to client care and continuous improvement
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Ensure compliance with Swiss healthcare regulations
- Conduct and document internal quality audits
- Implement legal and federal health standards
- Manage the Critical Incident Reporting System process
- Support the Continuous Improvement and Innovation Committee
- Monitor and improve medical documentation quality
- Prepare documentation for health authority inspections
- Optimize clinical, nursing, and administrative processes
- Manage the internal document management system
- Maintain SOP repositories and version control
- Update clinical workflows to reflect best practices
- Oversee medical material and equipment procurement
- Ensure procurement aligns with Swissmedic standards
- Train internal teams on QMS and compliance
- Promote digital tools for digital transformation
