- Follow up on logistical and operational aspects of training
- Maintain course catalogs and registration sites
- Support course participants with inquiries
- Develop and update educational content and resources
- Ensure clinical accuracy and alignment with business needs
- Manage access to content on learning platforms
- Support localization and adaptation for different audiences
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Create promotional materials in collaboration with marketing
- Work with marketing to promote courses effectively
- Design structured customer learning journeys for dental professionals
- Collaborate with market subsidiaries to localize learning journeys
- Continuously assess and refine clinical education activities
- Track and analyze participation and engagement data
- Generate reports and dashboards to measure course impact
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to nurture leads
- Develop and maintain standardized frameworks and best practices
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations
- Support the effective use of educational technology platforms
