• •Previous experience in Banking & Consulting
• •Familiarity with German payroll or HR processes
• •Hands-on experience with Cursor, Claude, Figma, or analytics dashboards
• •Experience working in regulated environments

• •Own Payroll Plus execution end-to-end
• •Plan roadmaps and sprint priorities
• •Track delivery and manage follow-ups
• •Act as the primary product owner
• •Collaborate closely with company founders
• •Translate strategy into product initiatives
• •Convert payroll workflows into scalable solutions
• •Drive discovery and scope MVPs
• •Balance speed, quality, and compliance
• •Design customer-facing and internal tools
• •Write crisp product specifications and docs
• •Report on accuracy and operational metrics
