- Enhance candidate experience to ensure successful hires
- Support headcount planning and onboarding processes
- Work with founders and team leads to build high-performing organizational structures
- Monitor and track key initiatives in Finance and People
- Provide insights to founders and leadership
- Prioritize and execute the founders' agenda
- Own and execute high-priority projects from start to finish
- Stand up new finance processes
- Run key hiring sprints
- Improve collaboration between Finance and People
