Anforderungen
- •Fluency in German
- •Bachelor’s Degree
- •Familiarity with IT Security concepts, practices, and procedures
- •Experience in Channel development or sales
- •Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- •Experience with Salesforce
- •Time management and organizational skills
- •Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Good computer skills
- •Friendly phone voice
- •Pleasant persistence in communication
- •Ability to leave engaging messages
- •Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- •Resume submission in English

Aufgaben
- •Engage partner sales reps daily to increase deal registrations
- •Educate partner sales reps on market opportunities and products through brief demos
- •Guide partner sales reps in using the Partner Portal for thought leadership and demand generation
- •Drive cross-sale products to help partners capture more customer wallet share
- •Collaborate with partners on closed-lost opportunities to create win-back plans
- •Reignite engagement with inactive partner sales reps
- •Maintain clear communication with channel sales reps regarding marketing, updates, and promotions
- •Align closely with Channel Account Managers to work effectively as a team
- •Assist in achieving monthly sales volume targets
- •Support channel reps in updating partner discovery details in Salesforce.com quarterly
- •Stay informed on market trends, compliance standards, and sales collateral
- •Keep accurate records in Salesforce.com for opportunities, calls, emails, notes, tasks, and demos
