Anforderungen
- •Fluency in German
- •1-3 years of experience selling to Enterprise-sized businesses
- •Bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent
- •Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry concepts
- •Experience with Salesforce
- •Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- •Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- •Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Stats-driven business professional
- •Motivated and energetic self-starter
- •Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- •Ability to work with minimum supervision

- •Promote and sell KnowBe4’s products and services
- •Exceed monthly sales quotas for existing accounts
- •Motivate customers to purchase additional products
- •Increase subscription levels and add seats as needed
- •Build and maintain a pipeline of cross-sale and upgrade opportunities
- •Develop and manage relationships with assigned accounts
- •Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s products
- •Educate customers on improving their human firewall
- •Identify key decision makers for sales opportunities
- •Follow up on marketing leads to generate revenue
- •Offer multi-year deals and negotiate discounted pricing
- •Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce
- •Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
- •Understand account structures and cybersecurity gaps
- •Support the renewal process to grow accounts
