Aufgaben
- Lead investigations and perform root cause analyses
- Close deviations and conduct effectiveness checks
- Guide co-investigators and operational staff on investigations
- Escalate issues and identify mitigation strategies
- Report investigation trends to management and quality staff
- Create and expedite client incident investigation reports
- Participate in calls with customers as required
- Suggest and analyze corrective and preventative actions
- Collaborate with vendors to complete investigations
- Track and communicate regional process improvements
- Facilitate regional continuous improvement events
- Collect data for operations and management reviews
- Identify and report quality management system deficiencies
- Spot process gaps within company procedures
- Coordinate closely with quality managers and directors
- Perform weekly metrics on the CAPA system
- Conduct weekly follow-ups on issues and CAPAs
- Support quality assurance and control activities
- Assist with the CGT Driver Excellence Program
