Aufgaben

• •Lead the European Change Request Management team
• •Standardize global Change Request Management processes
• •Manage the end-to-end CRM process through financial closure
• •Develop and implement regional CRM strategies
• •Prioritize daily operational support for OEM projects
• •Collaborate with program managers and software architects
• •Report to customers on CRM tooling interfaces
• •Tailor development processes for European projects
• •Ensure compliance with ASpice and IATF standards
• •Execute HR activities including hiring and coaching
