- Own end-to-end product lifecycle across retail and e-commerce
- Build and develop strong supplier partnerships
- Conduct business reviews and track supplier performance
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data
- Identify opportunities and risks in the market
- Develop merchandising concepts and floor plans
- Localize store layouts for new openings
- Ensure high-quality execution of merchandising standards
- Foster continuous process improvement
- Act as key interface between local teams and HQ in Paris
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for launches and campaigns
- Work with marketing, visual merchandising, sales, CRM, and digital teams
