  • •Expand and develop the Payroll and Operations Business Unit
  • •Enhance the service portfolio and identify market opportunities
  • •Position the HCM practice within the SAP ecosystem
  • •Lead and strategically expand a team of payroll experts
  • •Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Practice Leadership
  • •Oversee process management and delivery quality in Operations
  • •Manage the overall performance of the Business Unit
  • •Support proposals and represent the unit at industry events
  • •Standardize methods, templates, and project quality standards
  • •Recruit and develop talent using your professional network
