- •Act as the main contact for the BPO partner ADP.
- •Ensure smooth payroll operations.
- •Manage global payroll and time management processes.
- •Monitor data quality and consistency.
- •Coordinate interfaces between payroll and time management systems.
- •Analyze and resolve issues in payroll and time management.
- •Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
- •Support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
