Anforderungen

- 3+ years as Business Analyst in ERP environments
- Experience with R2R processes across ERP systems
- Understanding of finance processes (GL, reporting, reconciliation, closing)
- Experience in multi-system or transformation environments (advantageous)
- Familiarity with integration and data platforms (plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively between business and IT teams
- English: Business fluent (mandatory)
- German, Italian, Spanish, French and other EU languages (advantageous)
- Willingness for on-site presence in Bergkirchen as required
- Availability to travel occasionally within Europe
Aufgaben
- Analyze current R2R processes
- Identify opportunities for process harmonization
- Optimize R2R processes across multiple ERP systems
- Support improvements in General Ledger
- Enhance financial closing processes
- Optimize reconciliation processes
- Improve financial reporting and compliance
- Streamline month-end and year-end activities
- Support R2R-related integrations between ERP systems
- Document R2R-related integrations
- Ensure consistency of financial master data
- Maintain integrity of transactional data
- Analyze impacts of system and process changes
- Gather business requirements for R2R processes
- Document reporting needs
- Create functional specifications
- Maintain process documentation
- Develop test scenarios
- Create business process flows
- Maintain knowledge base documentation
- Support standardized process documentation
- Coordinate functional testing for R2R initiatives
- Execute integration testing for R2R initiatives
- Develop test cases
- Support User Acceptance Testing
- Act as liaison between Finance users and IT teams
- Collaborate with external vendors
- Support issue analysis and resolution
- Support ERP transformation initiatives
- Contribute to process standardization
- Collaborate on future-state process design
- Support adoption of scalable business solutions
- Monitor KPIs for financial closing
- Analyze financial data flows
- Improve reporting consistency
- Collaborate with data teams to enhance data quality
- Increase transparency in financial reporting
