- Hands-on approach and team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic automation)
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Abacus (not required)
- Enjoyment of optimizing processes
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Structured, reliable, and analytical approach to work
- Commitment to quality and compliance
Aufgaben
- Handle accounts receivable and payable independently
- Review and assign accounts
- Post invoices according to GoBD and internal guidelines
- Apply correct tax rates
- Reconcile accounts and resolve open items
- Assist with monthly and annual financial statements
- Maintain master data
- Support internal process development
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Work with external partners
