• Experience in process modeling or architecture
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 and frameworks
• Experience with business process management tools
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to improve process landscapes
• Basic knowledge of airspace quality principles
• Collaborative mindset and process excellence enthusiasm
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and DIN EN9100

Aufgaben

• Structure and map internal organization processes
• Manage the drone development and delivery value chain
• Oversee core and enabling business processes
• Model and document company-wide processes
• Analyze processes using SAP Signavio and BPM standards
• Develop standardized documentation structures and templates
• Govern and maintain process overviews
• Update the internal process manual continuously
• Support PDCA methodology within the process framework
• Improve usability and consistency of the process landscape
• Optimize processes, methods, and procedures across domains
• Manage the technical issue log within BPM tools
• Resolve technical errors, malfunctions, and inconsistencies
• Ensure data integrity and structural consistency
• Maintain governance within the process management system
• Prepare reports on process issues and risks
• Provide recommendations for process improvements
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align processes
